Weighting to ranks
For users with multiple ranks, we should add a weighting to ranks so it's obvious which one takes precedence for stylistic purposes if someone customizes the look of a group's user...
Ability to add multiple styles
One thing we should add is the ability to add multiple styles so we can show off multiple style options and, eventually, different looks for the software, as well. Simple for now...

Email fails to send
Sending the test email from the ACP fails, atleast using the mail() feature. Check others for operation.
Javascript has not updated upon upgrade
The javascript for paste to upload has not imported upon upgrade. Additionally, the Javascript for mentions also has not imported on upgrade.
Ability to close registrations
To prevent spammers from registering. Also email confirmation methods?
