Physical Health Aches and Pains as you age

As you age up, do you ever notice and increase in aches and pains?

Do you get these checked out by medical professionals?

Do you increase stretching or try yoga to ease these aches and pains?


Aches and pains become common as you age, but these might also be due to your diet and lifestyle. Certain foods cause more aches and pains compared to others. You will have to know everything about the foods you are eating. You also need to maintain active lifestyle.

Fresh and organic foods certainly help with physical health. I am trying to cut out processed food completely, but it is hard for me.
