Do you find yourself sitting at home or anywhere really, and even though nothing is happening, nothing scary is coming up, and you're not in a strange situation, you STILL manage to hit periods of high anxiety that you can't control?
This has been happening to me a lot recently, and I can't seem to stop myself. I talked to my therapist about it, he recommended a couple of distraction methods to take my mind off of things, but the anxiety just seems to come right back after a brief period. Does this happen to anyone else?
