General Do you create new year's resolutions?

I've never bothered making them, myself, because like everyone else, they're out the window within a month. It's not worth centering goals around a yearly event like that. Set goals, make plans and go from there.

I don't either. Waste of time, and why do I have to change my life only at New Years? Why can't I do it whenever I want?

I'm not much into New Year's Resolutions but I guess I do have some goals that I like to try to achieve. I run a crafting forum and one of my goals is to try to get more activity for it. Other little goals are things such as staying healthy! I know it's hard to do during a pandemic but I also mean in other ways of being healthy such as getting surgery finally after 2 years of waiting.

Never really bothered with them properly like others. But I thought I would try it out this time. I won't be too bothered if I can't keep to it though but probably should try since mine is to be a bit more organised with Uni and Work.

@zoldos Ooerr, when I clicked the link in your post to visit your website my security system displayed this:

It doesn't give any further information as to 'why' but it won't let me override it, so there must be something on your site that is triggering this block. Just FYI as others may be seeing the same thing depending on what security system they use. Might be worth taking a look over your code.

Hmm....the domain was briefly associated with an adult site I used to run. But that's now hidden behind a password and is completely inaccessible.. What antivirus do you use? I've had no other complaints...

I've used ESET for many, many years and always found it to be very effective. It is possible that the domain name is still on a prohibited list, but whose list remains a mystery; it could be ESET's own list or they could be using a third party list.

I used to use that too. For a number of years. Anyway, I'm not sure. Maybe run my server's IP against a blacklist check?

I choose objectives that lead to goals. I do them quarterly. That sounds a little too professional I know, LOL, but it works for me.

I try to hike and bike a certain amount of miles a year.

I never set big ones. I quit smoking years ago. I quit drinking soda years ago. All that was just cold turkey stop, skipped the resolution.

Well, it hasn't worked out for me. Not the biggest problem because I didn't care for resolutions that much. Let's hope next year is different :ROFLMAO:

I used to do it but I kinda realized that I still go back to some of the things that I said not to do again, so it's basically useless because after making them, I feel a lot of pressure cos of them.
