Do you enjoy storms of any kind?

I don't care for thunderstorms personally because they can lead to tornadoes and those are a big fear of mine.

Sometimes snowstorms can be fun and I used to enjoy them when I was a little younger because I actually like shoveling snow! Yes, I'm weird like that. I used to go out and race my neighbors who had snowblowers and often time I would win. I have a shovel that has an ergonomic handle and I can easily push the snow across the driveway instead of lifting and throwing constantly.

I actually do like it, relaxes me in a sense. Of course not if a big amount of rain comes and floods everything :)

I know it's not a nice thing to say because storms can be very damaging to a lot of people and countries. But I do love them! Lightning, heavy rain and thunder, just love it!

I am afraid of tornados as well. While I do enjoy storms, I don't like when they get bad enough that I see trees bending over. I have a fear of one falling onto my house. It has never happened but I still freak out if a storm gets bad enough.

We don't tend to get tornados much over here but we have had some high wind weather from time to time where the trees fall down. A few people have been killed when this happens as well which is quite scary.

I do. I used to chase them when I was in my late teens and 20s. I'm talking chasing tornadoes out in the western plains.

I've driven through them and severely damaged my vehicle. I've had to leave my vehicle to seek shelter. I've went through windshield after windshield from hail damage.

I had fun doing it but as I aged, I realized how dangerous it was. I still like to see them but I don't chase at all anymore.

I live about 20 minutes from Mayfield, Kentucky where the town almost got wiped out this year. It was really bad - I never wish that on anyone.

In my late teens & early 20's my boyfriend and I enjoyed watching storms over the East River or at the Atlantic Ocean.

That does sound amazing until you realise how dangerous it really is. I used to love watching videos of the guys that drove in vans to chase tornados and extreme weather

That does sound fun but I'm too chicken to do that. One unlucky break and you are done for. Too dangerous.

I like watching the rain fall and seeing storms if I'm safely inside.

There was a tornado in my town late last year. It was crazy. And in the other town a couple years ago, a tornado destroyed entire buildings like they were papier-mâché. :(

I have never seen who enjoys something that's capable of causing serious havoc and even loss of lives and properties. I even hate ordinary heavy rainfall.
