Do you go for walks?

My doctor wants me to go for a walk every day and I walk every day. He said it will help my mental wellbeing. Some days I walk further than others and the other day I did a ton of walking. I felt super good the next day for most of the day. And then my body started aching bad and the good feeling was over. So, from now I am not going to overdo it and just walk with my abilities. What about you? Do you go for walks?

I should start walking really. It would be good for my heart and anything I can do to help with that is obviously beneficial.

I try to but it's not something I've been able to do recently as much. Working from home has definitely resulted in me walking a lot less which is not good

I don't live in the safest area right now with people hospitalizing people with paintball guns. So I don't walk around here.
I do like hiking though and there is nothing better then that.

I take a good 2 to 3 walks a day with our dog. We live on acreage so it's quite easy for me. No having to drive somewhere.

Are the police not doing anything about it? Paintball guns are pretty dangerous without safety equipment. People could be losing their eyes
 
When I was younger, people used to shoot passers by with pellet guns in my neighbourhood. Someone once got me on the back of the leg on the way past, which left a MASSIVE bruise and I had to dig the pellet out.

Yes, sometimes. Usually just around town.

The paintball stuff is ridiculous, though... why on Earth do people do that :-/ ?

That is genuinely crazy. You need someone to dress up as Batman and go out there with their very own paintball gun lol

Kids in my area are setting fire to post boxes at the moment. Terrorising old people and smashing car/van windows. Things are definitely getting worse out there.

Walking is the only exercise I do regularly. When I don't have a tight schedule, I go for 30-45 minutes walk every day, however, when I have a busy schedule I go for a walk 2-3 times in a week. Walking is a low-impact exercise.
