Panic Attacks Do you suffer from panic attacks?

Panic attacks are horrible and can be completely debilitating.

Does anybody have the misfortune of suffering from panic attacks?

Yes, but it usually takes some extreme anxiety to trigger them in my case, so I'm a bit fortunate there!

Not really, but my Mom would get so bad on occasion that she would be unable to function. She would just lay in bed shivering, unable to talk. Very scary when you're a child witnessing this.

Oh wow, yeah, that sounds horrible for a child to witness!

I have had panic attacks in front of my children and I quite often worry about the lasting affect that might have on them.
