General So, I have possibly have covid.

I tested positive with a lateral flow test today. Going for a follow up PCR test tomorrow.

Yeah tested positive on a PCR test too. Pretty unwell at the moment unfortunately, body aches, temperature, sore throat, shortness of breath and a cough.

The body aches are by far the worst part. I’ve never been in so much pain. This is honestly the most unwell I have ever been.

Please look after yourself, Lee. If you need to head to the hospital, do so. You deserve to be looked after during this. I'm thinking positive thoughts for you and hoping it's a quick recovery from it all!

Better today, managed to tidy the kitchen a little this morning. It is amazing how quickly three children can make a home resemble a rubbish tip when parents are out of the equation.

Sorry I haven’t been around, I haven’t slept a wink in approximately three days because of the bloody cough. I’m aching everywhere and I feel so heavy and zoned out. Still not back at work. Plus side I’m not testing positive any more and my isolation is over.

I managed to drag myself to a dance show with my eldest today and she was over the moon

Sorry to hear you're still getting over this. I didn't have covid but I had an upper respiratory infection not long ago and still have a lingering cough. These viral things are a pain.
