General Working online or offline?

If it comes to how you love to work, do you like when you work online or when you work offline and having to report to the office basically all week days?

I actually do both of them and it pays better than just doing one of them. It's only if you would have the time and concentration to work online successfully.

I fancy working online more lately. This is because I have found a way to work more comfortably at home ever since I worked most of the time at home during the pandemic of coronavirus lockdown.

I like working offline. It is better for me as I get to meet my colleagues on a daily basis while watching what they do at the office. Working online is beneficial for someone that can fully focus without being distracted at work.

A mixture of both is always good, to be honest. It's my current arrangement where I work from home most of the time and go to the office once or twice a week

I like the sound of that. I’d love the same arrangement myself.

Yeah, I love my employer for allowing us to do it, especially as we can choose the days we come in on every week. We don't have to come in on the same day every time.

Nice to see you here willow. I also work offline most of the time, but can work from home in certain situations. I am always on call though, so working from home could still result in a visit to factories!

No although if I needed to disappear for a few hours during my work day, they wouldn't care too much as long as I got the work done in the end
